Pooling resources through global collaboration actions
All four topics were designed as global collaboration actions. This model combines Global Health EDCTP3 funding with co-investment from other partners to enable larger, more ambitious clinical studies. At the second stage, the co-funding raised by each project is part of the assessment. Together, the 60 proposals have mobilised €113 million in pledged contributions. Contributions linked to the proposals are ultimately selected for funding will complement Global Health EDCTP3’s investment.
