Stela Garaz

Stela Garaz is a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional with over 13 years of experience applying Results-Based Management (RBM) principles in development and humanitarian sectors, including global health initiatives. Holding a Ph.D. in Political Science, Stela has worked with international NGOs and foundations such as Doctors Without Borders (MSF), Habitat for Humanity, and the Roma Education Fund, where she developed and implemented M&E frameworks for diverse, multi-country projects and programs. 

At MSF, she provided technical guidance on M&E practices to enhance the outcomes of MSF initiatives and supported evaluations across medical and non-medical themes. Her expertise spans developing monitoring systems, designing and setting up data collection processes, conducting rigorous evaluations, and synthesizing findings to inform program development in diverse contexts, including sub-Saharan Africa.
