Article 15 (Principle of transparency) of the Global Health EDCTP3 financial rules states that the JU shall make available on its website, no later than 30 June of the following financial year, information on the recipients of funds deriving from its budget.

Annual list of specific contracts awarded based on framework contracts
As stated in point 3.3 of the Annex I of the Financial Regulation 2024/2509, Global Health EDCTP3, as a contracting authority, shall publish a list of contracts on its website no later than 30 June of the following financial year for specific contracts and order forms implementing a framework contract.
