Registration to attend the Twelfth EDCTP Forum is open!

Global Health EDCTP3 and the EDCTP Association, in partnership with the Ministry of Health of Rwanda and the Rwanda Biomedical Centre, welcome you to the Twelfth EDCTP Forum at the Kigali Convention Centre in Kigali, Rwanda, from 15-20 June 2025. Up to 1,200 participants from across the globe are expected to attend this year’s Forum.

Registration for the Twelfth EDCTP Forum is only available for in-person participation and is mandatory.

Registration of presenting authors of abstracts and scientific symposia

Abstract authors (including scholarship candidates) and chairs or speakers of scientific symposia are advised to wait until the application evaluations are completed before registering for the Forum. Those selected for abstracts and scientific symposia will receive additional registration instructions after the evaluation process is finished. Participation in the Forum

Participation in the Twelfth EDCTP Forum is free. However, all participants are responsible for organising their own travel, accommodation, visa, and insurance arrangements, as well as covering the associated costs (except for invited delegates sponsored by Global Health EDCTP3 and scholarship recipients).

Participation in the Twelfth EDCTP Forum includes:

  • Access to all sessions, including the opening ceremony, plenary sessions, parallel sessions, symposium sessions, as well as sponsored satellite meetings and workshops
  • Access to the exhibitors and poster presentations area
  • Meals as indicated in the Forum programme
  • Access to Forum social events as indicated in the Forum programme
  • One Forum bag
  • Certificate of attendance (digital format) provided post-Forum
