The 3rd Conference on Innovations in Tuberculosis 2026 and the 20th International Conference on HIV Treatment, Pathogenesis, and Prevention Research (INTEREST) will take place on 11-15 May 2026 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
The 3rd Conference on Innovations in Tuberculosis 2026 will take place on 11 May as a pre-meeting of the 20th INTEREST 2026.
The annual INTEREST Conference is the premier scientific conference for HIV in Africa, and brings together scientists involved in HIV treatment, pathogenesis, and prevention research from around the world. The conference showcases cutting-edge knowledge in the diagnosis and treatment of HIV and the prevention of HIV-1 acquisition. It continues to foster a community of African physicians and scientists to facilitate the implementation of local solutions for the management of people living with HIV and for the prevention of HIV transmission.
Global Health EDCTP3 Strategic Partnerships and Communications Team Leader Lara Pandya will present on the grant-seeking process during a session on 14 May 2026 at 07:00-08:00. The session is co-organised with Nuraan Fakier, Project Officer at the EDCTP Association.
